You will see 2 phones in each in each above. The phone on the left is what your desktop website looks like on a smartphone. It’s very difficult, if not impossible for the smartphone user to contact you or see your content. The user has to “pinch and twist” to see your site. Many statistics show that users will simply click off of a site that is not mobile optimized.
The image on the right shows what a mobile-optimized site would look like. There are several different “call to action” buttons that can be used. The buttons make it extremely easy for the user to call you, email you, text you or even make an appointment online. Also the text and other content is very easy to see.
