Q. Is this an App that I need to download?
A. No, this is a web-based platform, just like your desktop website. There is no download. An App (software Application) is a piece of software that is downloaded, and usually serves 1 main purpose, ie, directions, countdown timers, etc. There are literally thousands of apps.
Q. Will I need to purchase a new domain name?
A. No. The price of the package covers hosting, m.YourDomainName.com and all licensing.
Q. How much does this cost?

Q. What If I don’t like the way the site turns out?
A. No worries. You can change almost anything on the site, from colors, shapes of button, text and images. Almost everyone component can be changed to suit your needs.
Q. Can I add a video to my site?
A. Yes, but it should be a short 2 – 3 minute video so your site will not be slowed down for SmartPhone users.
Q. Do I need to do anything to get Smartphone users to see my mobile site?
A. No. The platform that GYMSN uses is called an “automatic re-direct”. This means that when the Smartphone User types in your domain name, your desktop website will automatically detect the smartphone user and direct them to your mobile site.
Q. How does this work?
A. I send your webmaster two snippets of code to insert in the header of your desktop website. This code detects the smartphone and sends them on to your mobile site.
Q. Do I have any recurring fees?
A. You will have an annual recurring hosting fee for your m.yourdomain.com, licensing and fees at $120.00/year. You will receive and invoice from GYMSN.
Q. What happens when I update content on my desktop website?
A. There is a feature in your mobile site that will allow automatic updates from your desktop to your mobile site. However, it is a good idea to check you mobile site when these changes are made to be sure they convert correctly.
Q. How long will it take for my site to be completed?
A. Usually within 7 to 10 business days.
